Transition: You continue on a low calorie, high nutrient diet, but add more foods back into your routine. You see the results of the quick start phase because you’ve lost weight. Dr. Jovanovic monitors your activity levels and diet.
Maintenance: Congratulations! You’ve reached your goal and are making smart choices for a healthier life. You may be able to eliminate or reduce medications you’ve been taking for health conditions that were triggered by obesity.
